Shipping and Returns
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
Items in stock will typically ship out within 1 to 2 business days.
As most of our tallits are made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks from order placement to shipping. At the time your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the relevant tracking information.
Worldwide Standard shipping fee of $20 applies to all orders of $148 and less.
We offer standard FREE SHIPPING by Eco-Post on orders of $149 and above. Delivery is expected to take 2-3 weeks.
For faster delivery, you can choose delivery by DHL. This service’s cost is $35 and delivery is expected to take 2-3 business days from the moment the hand made item is ready.
All Galilee Silks online items are priced without taxes and are priced for export only. Please contact us for domestic purchases.
Importing items into countries other than the US may result in additional taxes at the time of delivery. Please check with your local tax authority to be informed.
3. Cancellation, Return and Exchange Policy
Galilee Silks is fully dedicated to your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 14 days. Transaction cancellation fee is 10% of the item’s value.
If, for any reason, you would like to exchange or return your purchased item, please email us at email@example.com to arrange the exchange or return.
In case of a return, the re-stocking fee for standard size items is 10% of the item’s value.
The re-stocking fee for custom-made items (non standard size) is 15% of the item’s value.
The customer is responsible to send the item back to us in new condition.
Once received at our factory, we will issue a refund.
Cancellation of a transaction is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation), Htsa”a -2010 and Consumer Protection Act, 1981.
